Shopping Information
After jizol.com approves your order, an order confirmation email with an anticipated shipping date will be sent to your email address. You will receive a shipiment confirmation email with a tracking number when the items your purchased has left our fulfillment center. You could track your shipment through the shipping carrier's website with the tracking number.
We hope that you carefully consider your purchase before checkout, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with the item you receive. Online orders are processed quickly; to cancel an order please send us a cancellation email to info@jizol.com, or send a text message to 1-840-230-2112 as soon as possible and we will attempt a cancellation. If an order cannot be canceled, you may return your purchased items within 30 days for a replacement or refund of the item's value.
Want to purchase later? Add items to your cart and create an account to save them. This way, you can easily access your shopping cart and make future purchases. Please note that saved items are subject to price and availability changes.
Please check our Shipping Policies page for detailed information. In-stock merchandise is usually porcessed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 2 business days of the order's approval. With the exception of holidays, orders placed after 2:00 PM PST usually ship in 48 hours. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for delivery details. Our fulfillment center does not process orders on national holidays such as Christmas.
If you have a discount code and wish to apply it to your next order, you can do this during the check process. The coupon code field can be found at the bottom of the order summary section on the shopping cart page.
Please note that coupon codes can not be combined with any other coupon codes or promotions. If your discount code is not being accepted, it could be that if conflicts with a promotion we are running. If tracking informations says your package having been delivered but you have not receive it, please take the steps below:

Please check around your property or building and ask any family members, neighbors, or building management to see if the carrier left your parcel in an alternate location. This is the case most of times.
If your order was sent via USPS, please contact your local post office with the tracking number to see if they can provide additional details on the shipment. We often see cases where tracking infomation with carrier indicates that a delivery was made but ends up being delivered in the days afterwards.
If the above steps do not help and your package is still not appeared, please contact us and we will take the necessary steps to further investigate.
We believe in the quality and craftmanship of our products will provide years of satisfaction. However, if within 30 days of purchase you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. you may return the item for an replacement or refund of its value. If your shipping address is out of the US, you (or the recipient) will be responsible for any customs and duties levied against your purchase upon import into the destination country. Our pricing and shipping charges do not include these cost and we are unfortunately unable to provide an estimate for you.
